We are constantly improving the terminology describing the state and dynamics of the development of complex ecological and economic interactions. Some of the terms have been widely used formerly, and are now almost out of use, others have become widely used relatively recently, some concepts are still changing. The glossary shows the development of the conceptual framework for the most important sphere of the human life, the concepts and terms outline the structure of the existing environmental management and directions of sustainable development in general terms.
