Report on the State and Protection of the Environment of the Yaroslavl Region in 2011

The report is a scientific periodical which includes objective systematic information on the ecological state of the environment in the Yaroslavl region, aimed to promote the development and implementation of the state policy in the field of environmental development in the region, identify priority areas for authorities, aimed at preventing and reducing the negative impact on the environment. The materials of the Report contribute to increasing the transparency of the activities of the authorities, as well as informing the public about the measures taken to improve the environmental situation in the region.

This edition of the Report most fully discloses information reflecting the region's increased stability in conditions when the global crisis directly influence the development of the region, associated with a period of significant changes in the scientific and technical sphere and ever-increasing costs of adaptation to global climate change.
